Refund policy

Returns of defective items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If the item is defective, you will be offered a refund or a replacement. For assistance, please contact us at support@collardirect.company.
You may request a return of the unwanted item for a refund within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or any other proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us on support@collardirect.company and we will provide you with the instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
